76 Spacious off-licence a couple minutes walk from the Clontarf Road Dart station. Very nicely organized, with clearly visible pricetags and refrigerated beers. The selection is decent, lots of generic foreign macro-craft, but also plenty of local fare to chose from. The staff will help you with any query but otherwise leave you to your business. Prices are fair. Recommended! |
72 Picked up a Belgian beer gift pack and a couple of bottles on the side. Not as extensive in selection as I thought it would be, still pretty decent for Dublin though. Would call in again if I happened to be in the area. |
82 Great beer selection! I focused on beers from Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the USA. I spend some time to consider what bottles to purchase. Not very attentive staff, but they were very helpful when I asked for help. In my opinion, I deserved a cold beer after the long walk from my hotel in Bachelors Walk. I did it the hobo-way: a can in the nearby park on a park bench. But, do many hoboes drink beer from Firestone Walker? I did! Due to my heavy backpack I caught the bus back dowtown. 2 Euro exact fare, remember to bring coins! (Visited February 16th 2016) |
72 WoW. Excellent beer store. By far the best I found in Dublin.
You can walk from the city centre. But a taxi up there. A beer in the nice park just outside, and the buss back is recommendable.
Helpfull and friendly staff.
Well worth a visit! |
72 Nice Off-Licence. Not easy to find a parking-space on the very busy (and brought) road. Finally I got one in the parallel street (with pay-and-display). The selection is nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. I can absolutely recommend this place. |
92 Fantasic off licence. Great range and the staff are friendly and helpful. |
90 Martins is my local off licence. The staff there are very knowledgeable and very kind. Twice now I was trying to get a beer and and obscure wine. Both times the lads got them in for me. I have to say a great bunch of lads and great service! Wonderful selection as well! |
92 Fantastic range of beers, second to none, well over 450 different beers and its always growing |
54 Friendly staff. Good and improving selection of beer - ahead of pack in Dublin’s sudden interest in good beer. |
100 Good to see such a range of beer. The lads who work there are friendly and know their stuff. Good deals available too. |
