McCloskey’s is an old neighborhood bar modernized and just getting into the craft brew market. Good basic selection. The most unique beer on tap today was Kona Brewing’s Koko Brown Ale. Bartender / staff is great at suggesting beers. This is on my route of places to stop by to check out what’s on tap.

I stopped in to kill some time until Tired Hands opened. Fairly bright place with hard wood and brick. A few tvs with sports going. Comfortable enough...feels like a sports bar crossed with a diner. I didnt eat but was pleasantly suprised to find GI bourbon county on draft among their "7 rotating taps." The rest of the 7 were decent...sculpin, lavery pumpkin, yards, great lakes, and the like...enough to please a beer enthusiast. Bottles are decent...usual suspects of seasonal/local/popular craft. Service was friendly enough (a really cute tiny brunette server/bartender) but not very knowledgeable of craft beer. Prices were fair for beer and food prices looked more than fair. Id stop in again if i was in the area and thirsty/hungry.

Local watering hole that seems to be a little classier than I expected. Rich, dark woods throughout. Friendly barkeepers with a decent tap list. Nothing great but enough to keep me interested for a couple pints. I didn’t try the food but it smelled good. A few Tvs showing sports. Small bar area with an even tinier bathroom. Overall, a nice place to grab a beer after Tired Hands while waiting for the R5.
