Munich Haus

Stopped in for dinner on way to in-laws. Cool building large and good social distancing measures. Food was decent German. Good German brews in draft pretty standard offering but tasty items. Found one tick in draft. Nice decor kept kids interested and very friendly staff

We came here on 27.12.2019. We had a great time at the bar with our good friends and the very friendly service. Around 15 beers on tap, mainly from Germany. We were drinking the Paulaner Oktoberfest and a Schlenkerla from the bottle.

Stopped here a few months ago when passing through. Very big restaurant with a wrap around bar and multiple patios. I sat at the bar. Good selection of German brews, plus a few locals. Traditional German fare. Wait staff wearing traditional costumes. Had some schnitzel. The even had an accordion player walking around the bar! Super tacky, indeed! German food is not something I’d write home about, but worth checking out of you are into that thing.

Very good German restaurant. Many German and local beers on tap. Slice of Bavaria in Western Mass. Food is very good but a little pricey.

I love German beer, this place was almost perfect. The beer selection is small but the beers are all good.

This is one of top recommendations for restaurants in the area. Great selection of german beer and food as well. For the money you pay, you’ll get your fill of beer and the some of the best food around. There is a similar german restaurant down the road in springfield; I won’t use this forum to bash it but you definitely will get the better experience at Munich Haus. At times, it does get busy and thats why i put my service rating a little lower but all-in-all, a definite must try!

If you are ever in Chicopee, stop here! A bunch of German beers on tap and a few by near by Paper City Brewery. The staff and ambiance are great. The food happens to be real good as well. Mostly everything is homemade. Go off the beaten path for this one. I went back for my third meal tonight. Great Bratwurst and the night bar manager is very friendly and the service was exceptional. Every time I visit; I like the place more and more.

I am a sucker for cold german beer and schnitzel. The Munich Haus has the best of both. The service is great and the food better. If you like German food and beer then the Munich Haus is for you.

Great spot with many German beers on tap. I was a regular when I was working in Springfield and I would be there every Friday at 5 with my co-worker. The service is the best I have ever experienced with friendly bartenders and quick food service. The German food is great and I can not wait to go back. I have a feeling that the barkeep would know what to serve me if I walked in there tonight. This is worth the drive to downtown Chicopee any time for dinner or a few strong German beverages.
