My favorite restaurant in SF. Awesome wine list, great cocktails, blue bottle coffee and I’d say a good enough bottle and draft list for beers. The food is outstanding. Spend an evening here..reservations a day or so in advance is important or sit at the community table or bar if you’re a walk in. This was where I had special events like anniversaries and valentines day. get any dish that has goat cheese.

The draw here is more the food (and I suppose the liquor), but it’s a pretty decent beer place, too. They had two Moonlight taps on, some pretty good bottles, and a ton of whiskey. The food is fantastic, I had roasted squad and also had a salad of shaved brussel sprouts, pickled onions, bacon, and a poached egg. It’s definitely expensive, but it was an excellent experience overall.

Well, this is really a restaurant, but since it is already here, and since they do have a few interesting bottles... here goes. The food is fabulous! The staff is very friendly and courteous. The wine sommelier knows his stuff, and they have at least a passing knowledge of the bottles they serve. Go for the food, enjoy a good beer while you are at it.
