Old Chicago is well known and a large chain, so I’m not going to go into specifics really. They serve pizza in various styles and pub food. The have a remarkable selection of local and international beers on tap: perhaps the best selection in town.

The best place to go in Billings for beer. Billings doesn’t have the greatest selection of beer, however Old Chicago pretty much has everything the distributors carry. They carry many beers from around the state, and rotate through them often. Food is decent, service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is, many specials. World Beer Tour is a good way to try the various beers they serve, and the mini tours often feature at least one or two local beers.

Old Chicago has basically every available beer in MT. Sadly MT draconian alcohol laws limit that to a pretty shitty selection of just above average beer. Nothing special about the beer selection though there food is pretty good comparitivly speaking with the usuall cute highschool/college girls servers/bartenders, though nothing makes me more angry then the hot bartender who thinks that being cute is an excuse to being a horrible excuse for a glorafied cashier, which has happened acouple times there. By the way if you go to the casino while your food is being cooked you can get all the available beers for half off, which in itself is a pretty good reason to go there.

New location in the growing northwest of Billings. Brick building with bar on left and table seating for food on right. Games, pool table, TV’s and patio. Freindly staff. Corporate menu with very good apps, pasta and pizza. Sampler app was large and tasty. Beer selection was very good with thirty taps of local and regional brews and 150+ bottles from around the world. Good selection of promotion beer tours for gifts. Good combination of beers, food and staff.
