Visited on a saturday afternoon so wasn’t too packed so I got to sit on the bar. The beer selection was pretty great for polish microbreweries, which is exactly what I was looking for. They had quite a few beers on tap and two hand pubs which was pretty impressive. The deco inside though was pretty tacky with the place being a tribute to the Godfather movie, the walls were adorn with quotes and other such memorabilia. But if you’re looking for polish micros this is a must visit place.

Nice and spacious pub with 2 bars and quite an impressive selection of draught beer, both local and international, with 4 handpumps. Bottled beer is mostly standard fare. Staff speaks English and prices are very reasonable.

The best selection of beers on tap in Poland. Knowledgeable staff . Doesn’t have the intimate character of Strefa Piwa due to the size of the place but also to the more formal attitude. Gets rather crowded at night but open till late /often around 1p.m./. A must when in Krakow.

Moderately spacious place with Godfather interior. Not really my style but at least they had an idea for a theme. 30 taps, including 4 handpumps. Roughly half of them are at the Polish beer bar, the rest at the beer bar with foreign beers in another room. Service... at the foreign bar it was alright, at the Polish bar slow and snappy. The selection was outstanding, with lots of Polish micros and interesting "craft" imports.

Very nice place..

Krakow has four international standard beer bars and this is probably the best. Roughly 100 Polish beers and 50 others, the two bars devoted to one or the other. Easily missed from the outside but comfortably itself inside. No food. No intrusive music. Just ordinary and interested people drinking beer from wherever and deep in conversation. Oh yes, and the 2 handpulls included Hardcore IPA - don’t tell them in Aberdeen. Clever and simple.

Decent pub in Kazimierz, The mafia theme isn’t all that interesting to me. The beers were ok, with just a couple of Polish micros and a whole stack of regional brews. Service was good, and because it’s Krakow they speak English.

Good vibe and people watching. Nicely boisterous at night. Godfather kitch theme. Beer selection a little disappointing, even though the chalkboard looked great at first glance.

In theory a very nice selection of beers, but I found that almost half of the ones in their beer menu was sold out. A bit disappointing since they seemed to have a lot otherwise. This was 6th of April 2012. Otherwise really nice bar with strong focus on beer. No loud music that would suit other places. A good focus on Polish beer quality beers, not so much mass produced but smaller breweries.

Visited this pub a couple of times while in Krakow. It’s just awesome. The wooden chairs are a bit uncomfortable to sit on long though. Great service, and the beer were tasty :) Too bad they closed at 12am, but I was allowed to have one more beer even though the time was 12:30am. They have WIFI, ask for the password.
