A very nice place, quiet on a Thursday evening and the service was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and nice. No complaints. Unfortunately they only had three of their own on tap at the time and one of them was the IPA, which I wasn’t too fond of. The pale and dark lagers were great examples of how to do the style well though. The prices are very cheap by Finnish standards, less than three euro for a half. Unfortunately not much in the way of their own brews in bottles either and the visiting taps weren’t too interesting. But still, a place I would frequent a whole damn lot, if I lived anywhere nearby.

Absolutely the best place to be in Pori. But it would be rather high in bigger scale too. One of the best brewpubs in Finland. The location is very good. They could have more own brews on taps. There was only 4 when I visited. Beer Hunter’s brews very cheap and great. The other taps were not that cheap but still very affordable. It seemed to be quite popular as there were lots of younger people on Saturday night. All of them weren’t there because of Beer Hunter’s beers... unfortunately. But definitely worth a bit bigger detour. I arrived with a tow truck as I had a close encounter with a moose and Pori turned out to be the final resting place for my car.

Had an excellent evening there in August with a nice chat with the brewmaster of the evening who even managed to pull out a fresh Saison for me as I told him I love Saison ;-) Amazing that such a small town can have this selection of beers.

One of the best pubs in Finland. A really cozy place with an excelent staff. Located right in the city center. Good selection of beers, excelent own beers and (offtopic) good variety of whiskies. Saturdays can be quite crowded. If it´s a good or a bad thing that´s a matter of taste. DJs on thursdays.

After work hangout. Nice staff, own brews and quite good bottled selection (that’s only getting better all the time). I avoid Fri/Sat nights though, it’s a disaster with all the bulk beer youngsters.

Friendly place and staff. Nice pub surroundings, and great location in the city centre. Good selection of f.i. winter beers, and some own beers too.

This brewery pub makes their own "Mufloni" beers. "Mufloni Stout" won the first place in Helsinki Beer Festival 2000. Edit 04/2012: My "home pub". Usually 2 to 4 own beers on tap plus at least 1 or 2 foreign micros. Bottle selection is wide, perhaps around 300. Whisky selection is also getting bigger, 270 was the last count. Prices for rare beer are dirty cheap here.
