Got snowed in in Lafayette, and stopped by while we were in town for the afternoon/night. You wouldn’t notice it if you didn’t know it was there. Warehouse style with a cozy interior. Draft selection was good, as was the service. They also sell bottles and growlers to go, and maybe the best value I’ve ever seen. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in town.

Stopped in here on the way to Indy. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed overall by the quality. The whole in the wall aspect was nice and, as a result, the ambience had a local vibe. Definitely a cool place worth stopping with great value. Free sampler for AHA member!

I’m surprised no one’s rated this so far. People’s is available throughout Indiana on tap and recently started bottling (6-packs). Their IPA and pilsner are the two most common, but they do an excellent brown and their stout is also very good. The place is off by itself but not too far from Downtown. There is very limited parking out front as it’s an industrial space. The inside looks like a tap room: narrow with several small tables at the back and a small bar at the front. The brewing operations are right behind the bar. If you go, go on a Wednesday: $6 growler fills on a beer of your choice. You can also get pints at the bar.
