A long walk from the top of the lake but interesting along the way especially if all the brides are out getting photographed. The area goes down the further you walk after the Opers but keep going because the beer is good when you get there. Very much the best tasting beer we found

My least favourite of the brewpubs I went to in Vietnam. Beers were a bit dodgy, food was below average and the staff hassled us into ordering a ridiculous amount of food (which in fairness is what all the locals do). Only recommended if you’re trying to get the whole set.

A big upstairs dining hall past a nice bamboo-filled courtyard. Extensive menu includes odd and rare foods. Friendly service.

A smaller beer hall/restaurant serving up a few beers from the kits. The beers don’t exactly break records on the wow factor, and it’s not really the place you’d want to spend too long here. Worth checking out for a few new beers anyway.

It is located in a bit dogdy area, but place itself is nice. At the street level you can spot a brewing kit, restaurant itself is in the second (European) floor. A bit upscale, pricey food and lots of personnel. Two beers available.

With 3-4 beers available this may be the biggest range of beers that any Hanoi brewpub can offer. The place itself is not the most charming in town, but the food is good and quite reasnably priced, and the beers are solid. Don’t expect the staff to understand english.
