This is really a world-class cheese shop that also has beer. Very limited bottle avavailability but a nice variety of styles and TX brewers. Great wine selection too. Wonderful service. My advice is to check out their "classes" listing for a beer, wine, and cheese tasting. They make a great evening outing.

The best place to buy cheese in Dallas! Our first time in the employees were extremely helpful in explaining and recommending cheeses we had never tried before. In addition to the wonderful cheese selection, they have a unique variety of specialty food items such as preserves, olive oils and peanut butters. You can also grab a quick lunch while you are there as they have a nice selection of panini’s that feature their wonderful cheese selections.

Cheese store with good emphasis on beer and wine, over 100 cheeses on display with suggested wine and beer pairings, good attentive service and are happy to provide tastes of anything, great cheeses not seen elsewhere in town and just held their wine vs. beer cheese pairing/tasting, small seating area in back where you can order cheese plates to go with your beer, only had a few beers in store but are adding more
