Visited twice on the same day for reasons. Has the whole core range of Schneider and at that time also one of their Tap X’s. Touristy and often crowded and noisy. Service is a bit stressed out, but it works. Food was good, yet not stellar. But since Schneider brews some of the best Weizens in the world, I’ll gladly come back.
Nice traditional style restaurant. I visited only for beer and not for food, but the dishes going around looked tasty.
On average prices are 4.20 for 0.5L and 3.20 for 0.3, with some exceptions for stronger beers.
"Taps" available were 1 to 7 and 11, and several of them bottled only. Plus bottled hell and dunkel for those not into weizens.
Their strong weizens are killers.
Didn’t had any specials/seasonals.
Beautiful bier halle, centrally located as well. Nice decoration, large long wood tables. Beer selection is quite wide for the typical Munich places, with several specialties in bottle. Service was a bit rude.
Sat at the back of the beer hall, which was interesting. Service was fine. Selection was 8 or so taps of Schneider Weisse, which is more than many of the bars around. Beer also delicious. Food was really good, had the Bavarian Farmhouse platter (three types of meat, dumpling and sauerkraut). Overall really nice place for a few beers / dinner.
Long, narrow beer hall with a small patio out front. The beer list was much more expansive than most of the other places in town. Most of the tap series was available in keg and bottle. Service was slow but not offensively so. Overall, a nice place. Worth checking out.
Some good beers here from Schneider Weisse, but thats pretty much it.

Nice place in center of Munich. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, and 10-20% of the guest were wearing Lederhosen. It all added to the atmosphere. It was very crowded, but also worth the wait. Had two youngsters with me, that didnt want beer and they were told that they had to order something, otherwise they weren’t allowed a seat. They just ordered hot chocolate then. Had a tap5 Hopfenweisen and it was just so good on tap :)
Big ol’ Bavarian beer/food hall. Gotta love it, and of course they make good beers. Nice selection, although nothing you couldn’t get in the US really unless you want to tick that light beer BS. No thanks. I have dignity, even as a ticker. Didn’t try the food.
