Excellent selection of countryside beers and excellent countryside food. Nothing made just to imitate style, just a place as it is and thus trustable.

This Pub has a beer collection of about 13 beertaps all from small breweries, and some bottles. One beer 0,5l is about 1,30€ (5lt), the food which was served really fast was also good and cheap. So good beer, good prices, good service and nice location!

The owner with his fantastic grey beard is worth the walk himself. The variety is not huge, but you find some beers that are hard (or even possible) to find anywhere else in Vilnius. Great homemade borsjtj is worth mentioning as well.

Établissement visité le samedi 3 mars vers 18h. Ambiance: Bar de quartier sans grande personalité. La musique était trop forte lors de mon passage. Service: On doit se rendre au bar pour se faire servir. Le tout est sympathique et on finit par se débrouiller pour se faire comprendre. Sélection: 8 fűts et une dizaine de bouteille qu’on peut choisir dans un frigo. Nourriture: Une sélection de bouchées lithuaniennes typique de bar. (178e rating d’établissement)

Have to say I was disappointed. Service (from the owner himself, no less) was poor - I was ignored at the bar and several latecomers were served before me. You cannot fault the beer selection, though - 10+ taps of rotating Lithuanian micros, and a food menu that looks extensive and cheap (I did not try). The place can get quite crowded, even when the speakeasy/dungeon-style cellar is opened.

The ambiance was poor, but that’s maybe because it was 12 o’ clock and no one was around. The bar keeper doesn’t speak english but looks very cool and is a friendly guy. The menu is all you need to order what you want. Great selection with local (homebrew & other Lithuanian) beers. Prices are low, as almost everywhere in Vilnius.

Atmosphere-wise, there isn’t much happening here, unless Valentas is behind the bar and is making strange faces. He is quite the character. The beer list is nearly all high quality Lithuanian Gyvas Alus (real beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered, naturally carbonated), so this place is an absolute must when in Vilnius. The only other must in town is the other Snekutis in the Uzupis district. That one has it all; amazingly homey and quirky atmosphere PLUS a similar beer list.

Nice beer bar with quite a lot of taps and a good selection of bottled beers as well. This is a good place to discover small Lithuanian breweries. The selection may be less adventurous than it is in Bambalyne or Alaus Namai, but still the quality of the beer is high. Lithuanian beer is so underestimated! The food is local, so fun to try, the ambiance is cosy and open-minded. Music may be loud, but feel free to yell that it is too loud, locals do that too and it works (for twenty minutes or so).

Yup - totally awesome! Didn’t get to spend nearly as much time here as I might have liked, but it was well worth the trip nonetheless. Very close to the bus station which is nice as well. Lots of farmhouse ales on offer wi a fridge full of stuff for takeaway as well. Not a whole lot of English, but pointing will get you what you need. Mustachioed owner was in good spirits the night we were in and was willing to pose for our touristy shots. Sort of a low din when we were in lending it a nice cozy vibe. Definitely a must see if you’re here

Wow. What a place for beer hunter. 11 authentic farmhouse beers on tap + more on bottles + gira. Eccentric mustache guy, the owner, works here. Very nice relaxing ambiance, decent food for low price. Warm garlic bread sticks were super! Owner does not speak English, but it is not a problem. Printed beer menu has all the needed information for the raters. I visit this twice in 2 days time when I was in Vilnius.
