Tiny place fits 7-8 standing max. No seats. 6 taps are all Japanese micros and excellently chosen. Always a lager, a wheat beer, a hoppy beer, a stout, a fruit beer. Therefore it gets a high selection score despite having just 6 beers at a time. Beers (and customers) rotate quickly and you can just about always count on something new and interesting to try. There have been some Belgians lately too. Prices reasonable. Woman owner is knowledgeable and friendly, and runs a tight ship. This place is designed for you to stop in for a couple while on a pub crawl, and it’s perfect for that. Highly recommended for a stop. If it’s full, go to Beer Belly for a few then come back later.

I love this place. Small selection (5-6 beers) but so well chosen. Awesome staff that is always friendly and helpful. I like standing bars. This is my dream standing bar. That only five people can fit in is a good and bad thing. Focus on the good.

I walked in all scruffy, panting and sweaty after taking an hour to find the place with my old iphone battery running low, so didnt give the nice quiet female owner and the very shy single young female customer the best first impression. Well chosen line up, served in great condition but not the place to tell a few jokes or to do a nice friendly ’KAMPAI!’ with the owner or single scared as hell female customer. Prices good and i was glad to try Nagisa stout, their new seasonal. After mentioning I’d been to their brewery recently plus most other places around, the owner relaxed a tad. Still, I felt fine just having the one beer then moving on. Speaking Japanese definitely helps, here. Very quiet place. Standing only for half a dozen. Catch your breathe and tuck your shirt in before you enter. ^-^

This place is a bit hard to find in a kind of alley of standing bars. It’s non-smoking which is great and has 6 taps of Japanese craft beer that changes often. It can fit 5-10 people tops and has no table charge. It seems to be mostly for popping in for a quick drink. Nice if you’re in the area.

Well thought out beer selection with 6 taps dedicated each to a different style of beer. As the name goes, it standing room only and perfectly fine for a couple of beers. Friendly patrons and bar owner, though it you don’t speak Japanese you may find it falls short in the ambiance department. Cool little bar regardless.

Firstly,this place is no smoking! think going to your friends kitchen for a pre-warmer(s). owner runs this place her way;come in for a few,act in a proper manner,then leave. usually 6-7 people max,but can squeeze in 10 if needed. like this place a lot,will be back often!

Its a little place. 4 taps rotating a good selection of JP craft. Friendly staff and knowledgeable staff. No music. A little BGM wouldn’t hurt.
