First off, this is not a brewery, despite having the word brewery in the name. I suspect that they either want to become a brewery at some point or they are looking to be a "brewing company" which usually means that they have some house beers made by someone else. Also, there isnt much going on in the mountains beer wise and these guys are probably as good as it gets in the area for a bar with their 24 taps.

It’s a small bar on the edge of town with a pool table, a juke box, a few tables, and a bar. No beer list but you can walk to the end of the bar and see all the taps. We went with a glass of the house blonde and a glass of Firestone Velvet Merlin while watching some motocross.

It was only about 6 pm so there were only a handful of other locals at the bar but otherwise pretty empty. First time in Tehachapi but if you want to leave the dank that is the bar you can walk outside and see the sun setting in the mountains.

Service was very friendly and they were interested in talking to us out of towners. Prices were reasonable at $5 per pint. If I had some reason to be passing through this town again I’d probably stop in for a pint.

Dont think they serve food here but they did recomend going across the street to the Mexican restaurant. I’d guess that you could bring in food if you wanted.
