Very clean cozy place. We went on a Wednesday evening and missed the food service but stayed for a couple pints. Great selection of their own beers. Friendly and very helpful servers. A must stop if you are walking around. Wish I could have tried the food. Went back the next day for food. Well with it. Excellent selection and all of it was awesome.

Visited in Dec.2011 and was very impressed with the quality of both cask and keg beers. The staff including one of the brewers were very friendly. Food looked good. Our best pub of the day on crawl of 10 pubs and certainly my favourite in Canterbury.

Went here during a week night. Place was almost empty. Decent small selection of beers on tap. Ambiance is nothing to write home about. Staff is super friendly and helpful though. Overall a very good start for Canterbury and makes a nice change to the other pubs in town. Worth checking out.

Excellent beer - house and guest (generally a gadds of some kind), plenty of botles from mean time and others to choose from, knowledgable and informative staff, good value food, CAMRA members get 10% discount - seems to attract a lot of members and general beer-seekers from all around. Overall a suberb place doing some exciting things with beer in an interesting setting. Highly recommended as a local or visit. Delighted to be able to call it one of my regulars.

Been here a few times for lunch. It a micro brewery and the staff are more than happy to let you try a few samples before you order a beer. Food tends to be things like ham egg and chips, fish and chips, burgers , various types of pies and also ribs. Ribs are what they are famous for.

I like seeing the brewery, but the inside is a bit sterile. Wide range of their own beers, some bottled too, asd other kentish brews. I don’t know how often they rotate, but it wasn’t an enormous selection at any one time. Good for the region, though, probably better than anyone else in town apart from La Trappiste. Probably the place I’d aim for first next time I’m in town.

Visited late 2011. Modern brewpub fit out with a few house brews on the go. Met with one of the owners who was kind enough to show me around the brewery kit and chat all things beery. Grabbed a sandwich for lunch which was tasty but usual pub fare, the beers where a little rough around the edges but I see they’re still finding their feet with recipes, processes etc. Quite pricey for what it is but they are doing something unique for the town.

Small micro brew-pub in the depth of Cambridge City center, a nice pilgrimage from the pubs of the high street. The range is in-house with additional offerings from Meantime Brewing Company and several Belgian bottled regulars. A couple of guest ciders on too which makes a good range of beers. The establishment itself is very clean, well kept and professionally run by attentive staff, happy to do a professional job. The brweplant is quite small and located in the bottom right of the building. I witnessed some people having a little tour there so tours may be possible. Increase the bottled beer range and keep up the good work. Note food looked excellent if a little pricey. Prices were similar to London.

Just a great venue with awesome food and most importantly a real passion for beer. Great selection of its own brewed on site beers plus some other local brewed beers. The Brewery is in the bar behind a glass wall so you can see the brewing happen while you enjoy your beer food(I recommend the ribs)
