We went on the 1st of June, a blisteringly hot day for New England, and were fortunate that it was only half a mile off 495, taking Exit 50 it was less than what seemed like four minutes of driving. It’s right off the road, children. No problem getting to. The building reminded me a Middle-earth tavern: its stonework was intricate and looked weathered and quite old. I got a booth from one of the waitresses in the back. The tables had these wonderful, colorful leaf designs imprinted into the wood. We did wait a little longer than we would’ve liked to, for the hostess taking our orders and for our food, but our meals had made up for it. You can customize your burgers here, switch ingredients for something else more desirable. The tap list wasn’t exactly "insane", but it was wholly accommodating to everyone’s needs as they have a nice variety of styles. Moderately priced, too. I will be back. Hopefully the wait won’t be an issue next time.

Terrific little spot with a great selection of beer and the kitchen specializes in comfort foods (burgers and specialty fries are probably their biggest sellers). It’s appropriate for the family, so if you want to bring the kids out to eat and get a quality beer for yourself, this is the spot.

Run by a beer connoisseur, the rotating beers on tap will always provide something new to discover. The wait staff are trained to be knowledgeable about their beer. This excellent beer selection is matched by good service and decent food.
