Nice selection of locals and international beer to please anyone’s palate. Service could be better, lots of conflicting answers on what is available, and they only allowed certain people to do paddles. I’d go back to tick beers, but didn’t like the vibe.

Always Great beers on their rotating tap system, pretty good food, nice atmosphere. Although the prices could drop a tad, however you have to pay for the good stuff.

Still my first love when it comes to craft beer. Love this place, and miss it dearly. The burgers are great, the chilli fries a necessity. Loved smoking clove cigars on the roof back in the day, and chilling with good friends. A beer bar to fall in love with.

pretty cool small bar in paddington. Loads of beer choices with 20 taps of craft beer. Mainly AUST stuff but the USA stuff they had was awesome...got to try dark horse plead the 5th which is super rare here so keep an eye out for something special at this bar. service was ok i snubbed by one of the bar tenders but he must of been having a bad day. overall number 1 sydney craft beer bar hands down. awesome pulled pork burgers!!

Great rotating selection of beers on tap. Wide range of bottled beers. Events to promote beer appreciation. Best beer venue in Sydney, by a long way. Great pizza, too.

After a bit of a bad spell, this place has come back into it’s own. Fantastic beer selection (maybe it’s not as good as some interstate counterparts, but it’s the best in Sydney), great food and some fun special events. The staff can be a bit hit and miss, trick is to come in during the quieter times, and you’ll get some guys who really know their stuff and are more than willing to have a bit of a chat about the beer. Overall, the best craft beer bar in Sydney.

Interesting selection on multiple floors. Mix of Aussie microbrews and solid imports. Food was better than expected -- my wood-fired oven pizza was a pleasant surprise.

So glad this is my "local". They have a great rotation of local and international tap beers, and lots of extras in bottles(although these are pretty expensive). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and decent food is available. Atmosphere is laidback and relaxed on quiet days, very loud and crowded on popular nights, so pick your time to visit.

Went here in the evening- a little bit of a longish jaunt from King’s Cross but walkable from where I was staying. The interior is dimly lit with lots of dark wood. Atmosphere is that of young, upper class business men getting off work to relax and network. Pretty upscale so don’t come expecting a dive bar- more posh like Churchkey in DC. The tap list focuses almost only on Aussie craft beer. I was very excited to find Feral Brewing stuff, which is the only Australian brewery I know of that makes and wild ales. They were quite good. I also got a sampler flight, which I’d recommend to try a bunch of different things. Food here was excellent- I had something like hanger steak that was divine. Pretty expensive though, but then you’d be paying the same for crap beer and bar food at almost any bar in Sydney. Very nice place to head out to get away from the tourists on The Rocks and the clubbers in Darling Harbour. Getting here a bit earlier for dinner is probably a good idea before it becomes a bar in full swing.
