Good selection. Great service. Good specials. Good burgers.

Cool place, and plenty of taps and bottles, but nothing local, and nothing that I can’t get any day at Specs. Still, staying in San Marcos with no time to make the trip to Austin, this was the best around.

Comfortable place. Easy to miss since it’s actually in the alley behind Harper’s Public House. Respectable tap list, but not many local offerings, which I was a bit let down by. Kind service and decent pub fare to boot.

Great selection (for Texas), a lot of cool stuff ON TAP, not just in bottles. Unfortunately they tend to run out of a lot, so think of 2-3 beers you’d like to have. Creative beer blends, awesome food (try the hot wings and homemade burgers). Lots of TVs, reasonably loud music.

Definitely the best place to get micros in San Marcos with around 30-40 micros on tap and a decent, but not huge, bottle selection of beers that are out of the norm. It can get busy, but I’ve always had good service and the selection always makes it worth it

By far the best place in san marcos for microbrews. Although it is a bit small and can get crowded, if you catch it in the down times you’ll have all the beer to yourself! Check it out.

Best place for good beer in San Marcos wthout a doubt. Nice selection, good prices, and some good specials. Every night has a theme, for instance Monday is German night, where said countries beers are discounted. Burgers are supposedly good, but I hav’nt tried them. Service is usually good, but it can get quite crowded and busy. As long as I’m stuck in San Marcos, I’ll be here quite a bit.
