Also there is a cooler with most brands already cooled and ready to drink! IGA is a full service Grocer with the best meat market in Eastern NC! Hand cut right before your eyes. They carry many name brand items like Boars Head, etc. they carry a huge selection of Products made, grown or produced in NC. You can plan your meal right around your beer!!!
