Nice place on the pedestrian mall in downtown Winchester. May have guessed by now that the decor is British pub inspired; fun but not unique. Tap selection is very good, with about 30 or so handles and a large bottle section. Good food, prompt service and little competition in the area make it a practical choice.

I have to say, they have a decent selection of beers. Nothing mind blowing, but a decent selection. The food was pretty good and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was pretty good given it’s location in old town Winchester. If you happen to be out this way and need a bite and pint, this is your stop.

Great place that just opened in December of 2008. Real pub grub made fresh to order, and a great selection of beers both on draught and in bottles. They have rotating seasonal and special order products from around the world. The staff is friendly, the kitchen is clean, and they are open to beer requests. A true gem hidden in the center of Winchester...which as pretty and interesting a town as it is, is not a local beer Mecca. Maybe they will help change that.
