on tap selection was good. upon tasting all of them i got a similar almost buttery taste from all them. very weird. after talking to a friend who brews his own beer he informed me that this could be due to fermenting at higher temperatures than recommended or poorly maintained equipment... did not enjoy any one of the beers thoroughly. the personal pan deep dish pizza was good but not worth 10 dollars for something the size of my hand.

looks like any other pizzeria uno until you get inside and see all the brewing equipment through some glass on the side of the restaurant. Big bar with lots of seats and lots of tables to sit. Iíve only been here at lunch so iíve had pretty flawless service. One really big problem is the food at this place. I would go more often if the food selection wasnít so heavy. To what matters. The IPA is the best of the group. The other selections are good for the most part. the only bad beer was the Hefe. I would go back to enjoy a couple local beers.

not just an Unoís with a pub . food well its unos food but the beer is great they now have a rotating stock what ever the brewer likes to do. his scotch ale is great. i just attended a deer dinner andthe food was not unos and it was a homerun. there is also a happy hour food menu eat and drink for under $10 awsome.

Basically like any other Pizzeria Uno, except for the fact that they also brew their own beer. I had the IPA while there and took the 32 Inning ale to go. Decent selection. I wish all Pizzeria Unos brewed.

It is a typical Pizzeria Uno but the only one with its own brewpub. The beers are below average for a brewpub but certainly better then the commercial stuff.

I must confess not having tried their pizzas, but they looked rather generic having seen them in highway rest areas. Rather generic atmosphere canít fail, but let you know youíre in a chain. Bland, wannabe italian decorum. I have only tried two of the 7 beers that were on and they were standard, well-brewed example of their respective styles. On the bright side, I canít believe how cheap the beers were. We were in some kind of happy hour period and they were apparently half-price. That means 1.75 a pint! Double that and it would have been a very reasonable price indeed. I expect to need to bring out an extra dollar bill for the tip when I bring out a five for a pint, but taking two pints here meant that I almost wondered whether I was overly generous not to remove a few coins from the change that came back from the five dollar bill. Incredible. And very close to Oak tree Liquors, so I recommend to check it out if youíre close, but Iím afraid your experience depends entirely on which seasonal beers are on when youíre in.

Itís a Pizzeria Uno with a microbrewery attached to the left-hand side of it.....so, honestly, what more could you ask for?!?!? After 10 pm they have half-price pints and snacks, and they always have a decent selection of their own brew on tap. Service is always well above average for a chain, and Iím not afraid to admit I like the food, either. (update: service at the BAR is always good, but table service is slow and sh*tty.) Stop being a snob and go check the place out.

Was somewhat in the area so stopped here to check out the only supposed Pizzeria Uno brewpub. Service at the bar was ok, but as soon as we sat down for dinner, it all went downhill from there. Waited a very long time to order, get our food, get our check, pay the check, etc. Ordered a personal pizza and it was terrible- the crust literally tasted like it was soaked in butter, really artificial and nasty. But the beers were all ok, with their porter being the real standout- a porter brewed true to style and very flavorful. The IPA was decent also, although it tasted more like a pale ale than an IPA. Worth stopping if you are in the area, or just want to check out the only pizzeria uno with a brewing setup.

I stayed in Linden overnight and swung by to try the beers. I drove by several times over a few months thinking they were like all the other Unoís, calling themselves a brewery when they only serve and contracted house ale. Not here, they offer six beers on tap, all brewed on premise. Out of the six I had, 2 were above average. The others were just ok. Typical chain restaurant bar vibe. I did not eat, since I am from the Chicago area. The pizza is not the same recipe or quality as the Orginal Pizzeria Uno or Due. It is a chain that uses the name only, so I woní t eat their pizza out of principle. Worth a stop if you are the area, but donít go out of your way.
