A big old brown bar in the centre of town. Nice enough and good service. Ideally suited to stag parties. Shame the beer is a bit poor.

Very tourist oriented, beer could best be described as an acquired taste. Not recommended.

Looks like a posh British pub. Nice wooden interior with some hunting trophies on the wall. Located just opposite from Tivoli and not far from central staion. A bit high prices and not actually that good beer. But well worth a visit. You can get some small tasters instead of a pint of everyone :-D

This place is not right opposite the entrance to Tivoli but 200 metres or so toward the Radhus next to Burger King. We thought the beers were appalling. No taste and there seemed no discernable difference between two types that we had. Compared to other places visited in Copenhagen this was the worst

Typical brewpub atmosphere with an on-tap selection of 5 or so beers. I had the brown ale. Nothing special, but brewed well. Looks like they will take DKK kroners, Euros, and US dollars, too.

Rather nice grand café meets copper laden ’bruin café’. Decent, though quite unspectacular brews from tap. For the tickets among us it’s a drawback that’s it isn’t possible to have taster- or small glasses, 1/2L glasses only. In itself not a bad place though.

Brewpub/party place right opposite of the Tivoli in Copenhagen. I liked the interiour/fell of the place- steampunky elements (could easily fit into the next bioshock), but overall sort of an american interpretation of an European pub. Their own brews were crap (dull & watery), and you won’t find much more than that, beer-wise (carlsberg), but there’s a 5-piece sampler which is fun & cheap, so you don’t have to leave waste too much. With live music and a good sized drink- list, it’s mainly a party place that happen to brew.

Decent place with a couple of beers from its own brewery, but not worth a detour. Very friendly and helpful staff but the beera weren’t that interesting. On the plus side: they do small tasters so that’s good for trying all or most of their beers while not having to drink 25 or 33 cl of each.

After hearing the reviews I just stopped here when as I was walking by I saw a poster advertising a tasting set of 5 beers for 55DKK which I thought was a good deal. The atmosphere was pub with lots of wood, animal heads on the wall & brass. The service was nice & she laid out the set in a tasting order while giving me the run down on the beers. My wife’s chicken burger was delicious & overall we had a positive experience though the beers were average/too sweet except for the weizen which was pretty nice. It was empty when we went too, a quiet place to relax.
