Like most ’Wine monopolies’ in Norway, they focus on wine and liquor, and maintain a tiny selection of beer shoved into a poorly lit corner. Helpful and friendly staff.

Drink center next to the central station of Oslo. Focuss is on wines, but they do have a very nice selection of beer as well. Some Norwegian macro’s and micro’s added with some nice Belgian, American and Britisch ales. Expensive yes, but to Norwegian standards. If you are looking for some bottles in Norway, good place to visit.

Decent selection of beer. Above average of the Vinmonopolet stores in Oslo. Located in the basement of the Oslo City shopping center, right next to Meny (which have one of the best selection of beer below 4,75% ABV.) Convenient location in the city center next to the central station and bus terminal.

Above average vinmonopol selection. Very sentral in downtown Oslo, right next to Meny Oslo City that has a good selectoin of <4.7 ABV beers.

Very good selection af beer, according to Norwegian standards. Almost 95 % of available beers in the Vinmonopolet system was seen during my visit in October 2011.

The good thing about this place is that it had quite a lot of beers from Nögne Ö and Haandbryggeriet which I cannot get without ordering a whole case in Sweden. Prices is of course high, as always in Norway. I didn’t buy that much, even though they also had some interesting Danish beers not found at Swedens Systembolaget. Visited in september 2008.

some interesting international things. but i expected a wide range of norwegian beers. four or five breweries is not very much. prices are high but that´s normal in scandinavia - especially in oslo which is one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Decent selection, they always keep a bit more than the standard Vinmonopolet selection. Staff is helpful, but often busy.

Vinmonopolet is norwegian for Wine Monopoly so you’ll mostly find wine and spirits here, but they have a decent selection of beer as well. The staff is helpful, but for some weird reason it isn’t possible for one shop to provide beer from another shop. This is why I gave them a lower service score.
