70 Gorgeous old fashioned dark wood pub including naval themed memorabilia and at least one custom build table. Interior dates partially over a 100 years ago. Friendly service and okay prices. Menu wasn’t too surprising but there is a fair amount of beer, some less common and they had Avec Les Bons Voeux on tap. Focus is more traditional BE beers, trappiest, tripel etc. |
82 Genuinely authentic small pub in the very heart of the old Antwerp city centre, with a much appreciated focus on local beers. |
76 First class little 'brown bar', just a few hundred yards from the Groote Market. At least seven beers on tap with plenty of bottled available. |

82 Nice, genuine place for locals, soft music, good place for a afternoonbeer. 5taps, 60+ bottles |
88 Good no-nonsense brown cafe with a good local following. . Recommended for it’s authenticity. Now has a much improved beer menu with Dupont Bon Voeux , De Dolle stout & Van Viven . Agree with Rotjoch - if the above beers are not 'craft' then the term is meaningless. All this obsessive searching for 'ticks' is very depressing. |
82 Visited 30th May. Lovely traditional pub with very good selection |
88 Really nice, traditional cafe with a pretty good beer menu. Don’t understand why it’s so poorly realated on this site. |
64 A cozy place. A decent tap and bottled selection of Belgian beers. Troubadour on tap. |
68 A decent bar with a decent selection. No craft beer? what the fuck does craft beer mean in a Belgian pesrpective? 2 or 3 breweries? sorry, not an argument. The list is decent, not spectacular. This bar is what it should be: a fine example of an authentic pub |
