Visited here with Travlr on a Sunday afternoon. Steve the brewer gave us the full tour, which ended with sampling a few of his brews. His wife is also very helpful and can suggest spots to taste their beers and get a nice dinner. They have a festival on site in June, where you can enjoy music, camping, and all their beers on tap or cask.

Very small brewery in an old farmhouse, in the hills near Bologna. Steve is a transplant from Brighton, England, and is trying to re-create the beers he drank in his youth. In the summer, beers are available on tap or cask at various festivals, otherwise a small selection of bottles is available at the brewery. Small operation, so call ahead to make sure someone is there. Popular spot for locals to stop by on Sunday afternoons.
