Owner is a Russian with a very bad attitude to his visitors. He only takes care of himself and his friends. He lets himself being drunk (if not to say wasted). This all including poor interior doesn’t build a good atmosphere here. Come here only if you want to drink good IPAs that are hard to find in Prague. But for me, even if this bar remains the only, which has IPAs on tap, this bar is no more to visit...

THIS BAR ALLOWS SMOKING INDOORS! I wanted to make that clear since no one has mentioned it yet in their review. Zubaty Pes is located nowhere near the city center in an area that is completely dead at night. 16 taps consisting of about half Czech craft and half from other European breweries with an emphasis on BrewDog and Nřgne Ř. Prices were a bit high especially for the imports. Bottle selection was mostly Belgians with some more BrewDog and Nřgne Ř. The ground floor is pretty small with seating along the bar and only a couple tables. More tables upstairs and downstairs though downstairs is very glum. The bar area was about half full on a Saturday night with several patrons chain smoking, which really killed the experience for me. I just can’t recommend a beer bar that allows smoking.

Middle of nowhere, eventually found - walked past at first as I thought it was a pet shop! Trying so hard to be an international bar, half the taps local, half expensive imports. No atmosphere, and I doubled the clientele when I walked in, not surprisingly disinterested service.

(Visited July 2013) A bit odd, but very nice beer bar in an area where I wouldn’t end up if I didn’t know what I was looking for. It’s a bit out of the beaten tourist track, not far from the Bohemians soccer stadium, accessible with trams 7 and 24. The bar is located at the end of a slightly shady street next to a garage. Once inside the interior is mainly steel and concrete, with a large bar along one wall. There’s seating downstairs as well, but it was empty on my visit. Not very cosy, but once inside I felt quite comfortable seated by the bar, mainly down to the friendly and efficient service and the rest of the friendly and beer interested guest. Quite a good selection of draught beers, 16 taps and lots of imported beers from Belgium, US, UK and Germany, together with a couple of fairly rare Czech beers. Took a 15 minute walk to Zly Casy upon leaving. Nice and friendly place and worth the detour.
