Off-white head with good retention pancakes as it recedes leaving sheet lacing. Bacon quiche aromas? Tastes like a spanish omelette with a side of bacon...something is truly wrong here.

The color is a deep amber color with a slightly white head.
The smell is a bit a little floral and bit piney at first with a hint of malt.
The taste is malty, a bit bitter at first, hints of orange peel, a little hops, and toffee sweetneess.
This beer goes down smooth with a little bit of kick to the back of the palette but not overpowering.
