Oct 5, 2008 On tap in Little Rock. Pours with a large, fluffy, off-white head that leaves lots of lacing and a white ring. Deep golden huee. Aroma is hoppy with spicey and slightly citrusy C-hops. Taste is slightly muddy and minerally with the hops shining through. Lightly fizzy.

Aug 25, 2008 On tap at Nashville location. Poured an amber color with little head. Aroma was citrus hops and pine. Flavor was well balanced with good malt profile and some more of the citrus/pine hops. Good beer.

Jun 8, 2008 On tap at Memphis location. Poured an amber-gold with minimal head. Aroma is hoppier than the flavor, which is just an average IPA with a dull finish. Average, and far from intensely hoppy.

May 29, 2008 Golden in color with a decent head. Medium hoppiness in the smell and the taste along with flowers and a little pine. Bitterness level seems about right.
