Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam Clear, blond to orange body. Off-white, creamy head. Faint aroma of hops, spices, pepper. Moderately bitter, moderately sweet, quite ok flavour. Still not very intereresting.

On tap @ de Wildeman. Hazy, reddish golden with a small, dense off-white head. Aroma is fruity like peaches and oranges together with spices. Flavor is fruity and caramel malt with some spices. Medium body, quite refreshing and easy to drink.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy amber, small head. Spicy and grainy aroma, some fruit. Fruity, biscuity and bitter flavours. Quite complex, actually, with a perfumey finish. Interesting and many-sided.

On tap at Arendsnest. Hazy orange body. Quite prickly texture. Spicy nose. Nice and well-balanced taste. Also really subtle. Slight alcohol uptick at the end. Easily a good session beer.

On draught @ bar Le Duc ’s-Hertogenbosch (NL). A little hazy golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma has fruity sweets of orange. It’s malty. The taste of sweet fruits moving over in dry with bitterness, spices like pepper and coriander. The aftertatste is dry bitter, with sweets. It’s a little sticky.

On tap. Had this at Take One cafe in Maastricht. Pours a clear amber colour with a good size head and decent carbonation. Smell is very present, great balance between bitter and sweet. Taste is also an excellent balance, has a good amount of sweetness there to balance the lovely and subtle bitterness.

On tap at de Wildeman 06-06-09 Pours gold/light amber, a great bar but poor light makes this very difficult to be precise. It also has a white head. Aroma is slightly Pilsner like, with hops and some sweet malts. This tastes a touch sweet but nice bitterness to balance, it’s hoppy and clean tasting. A7 A4 F7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Tap @ in de Wildeman. Hazy orange color, medium head. Spicy aroma, some cinnamon, some orange and mandarin, bit malty. Slight malty and peppery taste, bit fruity, and again the cinnamon which is blended quite nicely in the beer. Served with 3 small apetizers, nice.
