Bottle, bught @ In de Wildeman, Amsterdam.
Pours muddy yellw-golden with a fine, creamy, white head. ARma has yeast, sweet malts. Light grainy feel. Soft, low carbnation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, grainy, light citric, some apple and malty sweetness. Okay.

On tap at Bedford BF ’09. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweet slightly vegetal wallpaper paste aroma. Sweet taste with a bit of spiciness. Coriander perhaps. Mid bitter finish. Wouldn’t want another.

Bottle from the brewery shop in Amsterdam. Hazy golden, white head. Malty and grassy aroma and flavours. Some notes of corn. Well-balanced. Does have its charm.

On tap at Cafe ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam, on 20th March 2009. Pale gold and hazy with a lot more flavour than I expected - spice and lemon being the main notes. Gives original Hoegaarden a good run for its money.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 3 Aug 2009) Cloudy brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with dried apricots and citrus. Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of apricots, citrus, tropical fruit, toasty grain and a mild bitterness. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Not exceptional, but tasty and nice.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a large white head and a TON of sediment floating around - nice! Aroma of yeast, wheat, curacao, coriander seed and a bit of lemons. Light-bodied; Sharp malty flavour with a touch of yeast coupled with some citrus fruits, wheat and some sugars. Aftertaste, malty and yeastie with a bit of citrus roaming through. Overall, a decent beer - not amazing, but definitely nice to sample! I sampled this 500 mL bottle purchased from BioMarkt in Amsterdam, Holland on 27-December-2007, sampled at home in Washington on 27-January-2009.

Bottled鸴ml). -In de Wildeman, half liter 5.20€.
Slightly hazy golden/orange coloured, small white head, lively carbonation. Sweet malty, light yeasty, some lemony hoppiness with mild fruity notes in the moderate bitter finish. For 5.20 I want more...
