Dark brown beer with an off-white head. The taste of vanilla came out immediately, and the palate was creamy and malty, along with being slightly oily. Other spices were in the taste and the finish was slightly bitter. There was also some banana in the background.

Dark ruby/amber with a cream head. Nose is wheat, malts and spices. decent on the palate, flavors of wheat, spices and circus peanuts.

on tap at ginger man in fort worth. poured a murky brownish color from what i could tell in the poorly lit bar. aroma was very pleasant with fruits and spices with the flavor being much the same. body was medium with about medium carbonation. another solid beer from franconia. i hope they start bottling sometime soon.

Tap at the Gingerman in Plano. The look is murky, brownish in color, and has an ok beige colored head. The smell is fruits, mostly apples, some wheat, spices, and all right. The taste is wheat, very fruity, yeast, and different than I thought it would be.

On tap at the Fort Worth Gingerman. Dark, dark red pour with a light brown head. Smells of fruits and a little spice. Taste is caramel, citrus, cherries, and malts. Cherry flavor lingers.

(draughy at flying saucer on the lake) pours very murky brown-orange. Nose of apple cider, other dark fruits. Taste is raisins, rum, fresh-cracked wheat and caramel apples. Finishes a little warm, lightly toasted grains but misses the mark for carbonation. Very lacking there.

Dark rose pour with a distant aroma. Taste was bittersweet with an increasingly dryer finish.

(Draught) Pours hazy brown body with a small tan head. Aroma of wheat, banana, light clove, and some nuttiness. Flavor of wheat, caramel, banana, touch of fennel, and light roastiness.
