Wet grain - and a bit of butterscotch?? Bockbier-like smell, but somehow oxydized. More of the same in the taste, definitely oxydized, and quite a lot, even. Sweet and bready flavours, hazelnut oil. Pretty thick MF, pappery, old-tasting, lightstruck. Prematurely aged - 8 months before the BBD... wow! BartC (403), Lichtaart, Belgium

Aroma of some hops, citrus, vanilla, ... not very intense. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour: somewhat citric, but not very special. Balance is ok, but no complexity at all. Yet another De Proef beer. Wim (1321), Turnhout, Belgium
