Commercial Description:
Our flagship beer is 5.8% alc. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.

12 oz bottle. Pours a rich, deep amber/orange color with a white head that fell a little retention but had good lacing. The nose has a nice malty sweetness and ends with a hint of citrus hops. Nice nose for an amber, completely unexpected. Flavor is nice and caramely and full. There is just the right amount of bitterness at the end to make it very balanced. The mouthfeel was excellent. It was full and had great body. This is totally a beer drinkers session beer.

On Tap: Pour was light amber with a white head. Aroma was butter......movie theatre butter. Flavor hid this character a little but it still came out. There must have been something wrong because why would anyone want such a blatant butter aroma in their beer?

Pours a hazy, light amber color. The nose is quite hoppy; with hints of light fruit, toasted malt and caramel as well. Comes across the palate with a light fruit and caramel start. It finishes with a mild root beer taste with hops. Overall a very interesting brew; but also very good.

Very nice low carbinated beer. Goes down way to fast. Crisp, yeast and malt.

Pours a cloudy amber orange colour with an off white head. Taste is firm and slightly hopped, with caramel, bready and lemon notes. Aroma is semi-fruity with biscuity notes and grapefruit.
