glennmastrange (462), hobe sound, Florida, USA Nov 29, 2008 Bottle. Light cookie note for the malt, moderate perfume for the hops, light soap for the yeast with hints of grape pear and white wine. Head is small, fizzy, white with fair lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is slightly hazy amber/tan. Flavor starts moderately acidic and finishes moderately acidic, lightly bitter and sour. Palate is light to medium, watery and has a lively to fizzy carbonation. A nice light and perfumey version of a Belgian Witbier. djrn (60), Hackettstown, New Jersey, USA Oct 26, 2008 My friend said it best ’’ It tastes like moth balls’’. A cloudy golden color gives way to a below average taste. Very week for the style. kcmo19 (71), Morgantown, West Virginia, USA Oct 12, 2008 A boring Belgian White with very little taste of citrus and coriander. Nothing special. tgncc (340), Bellmore, New York, USA Sep 21, 2008 Dusty, grainy, yeasty aroma. Appearance is golden in color, thin head, particulate matter clearly visible. Flavor is slightly citrusy, spicy, mainly coriander, but is not particularly strong. The finish is very light, mainly a faint sign of hops. Ok for what it is. BillWyce (36), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 6, 2008 Bottle poured into English pint. Hazy
amber with lots of bubbles but oddly
very little head. Citrusy aroma with
some spice behind it. Taste is similar-
orangey with some spice in the
background. pretty light palate. Nothing
to write home about-definitely not a
great Belgian White, but you could do
worse for a drinkable summer beer.
