BREWMUSKCLES	3.2 Meni Grava flavor and aroma of corn and barley syrup amped up enough and seemingly sweetened. decent hop character more vine like or perhaps pine. beer needs to settle down as it has an annoying asti spumanti type head and body that will just blow you up if you try to drink it too soon. settles down nicely after i will say a few minutes and then is nicely drinkable, and it will begin to impress. Ernest	2.5 Meni Pirinat Bottle (Apr 2017 bottling). Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown to black. Aroma is moderately malty (chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, caramel, roasted grain). Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, soft carbonation, moderately alcoholic. They apparently used lager yeast for fermentation, but it sure seems like a generic porter/stout to me. Simple chocolatey nose, and flabby and syrupy sweet without much to balance in the mouth.
