Quite westcoastish, piney mostly with some resinous notes too. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Idk, the hops were not the best in this, but not bad. Sunday, March 31, 2024

KeefOz	3.6 Propeller Galaxy IPA Draught at Waterfront Warehouse Restaurant, Halifax, NS. Poured a clouded orange-amber with 1cm of bright white dense foam that diminished quickly to a blotchy cap that laced well. Carbonation extremely low at best. Aroma moderately strong of cirtus (mostly grapefruit with hints of orange and maybe tangerine), stonefruit and pine. Taste is cirtus (mostly grapefruit), stonefruits, mixed tropical fruits and some pine; medium bitterness. Light to medium body. Smooth, crisp, clean, refreshing and slightly dry with a medium-length finish. Quite nice. Sunday, July 16, 2023
