ArtificialCyst	1.2 Sim-Sim Weissbier Actually one of the worst weizens out there. After long travelling around Central Asia, I wanted a nice weizen - at least a mediocre one. Or even weak. But this was shitty - probably a lager, basically no banana-ish esters, some other fruit, no phenols, some bread-ish body and a very unpleasant stalky taste, very low body. A big meh. Aroma of maize, malt, apples, slightly herbal and light spice. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish of malty biscuit.
