Kinda weird aroma that’s pale and fruity bitter with artificial cocoa and vanilla and strawberry natural flavors. Crisp bright flavor that’s gently fruity bitter with wonderful tasting notes of strawberry and vanilla. The cocoa is delicate and only shows up at the end of the flavor. colui72	4.4 Black Market 7th Anniversary BA Blended Stout Brewed in 2015... from the commercial description: "a rich and decadent melange of 2 of our finest barrel aged beer. We expertly blend our 14th-month bourbon barrel aged Ashcroft with our 11-month barrel aged Dimitri and let it mingle with hand split Madagascar vanilla beans". Sounds fit, and aged, now for 7 years... Aroma, very delicate and elegant, goes from bourbon to vanilla, to chocolate, nuts, roasted barley. Translucent pour, black in the glass, visible carbonation on the pouring that ends in a fluffy, creamy, tan head with high retention and sheet-lacings. Medium sweetness, balanced by roasty bitterness, vanilla, chocolate, spicy from the barrels and maybe the age, nutty, full, round. A beauty. Aftertaste is all about bourbon and wood. Full bodied, surprisingly carbonated, creamy, boozy, warm. An excellent BA Imperial Stout, not pastry in the sweet way, rather a flavoured one. Great Netfix sipper for the evening. nilaobai	4.3 Black Market New England Style Double IPA: The Neapolitan Can Aroma: Continue to smell deeply when the temperature is low, mainly vanilla and cream. When the temperature rises a little, the smell is released. It is not as restrained as before. At this time, the fresh aroma is mainly strawberry, and it takes a few seconds to develop a hint of tropical fruit and pine resin. Aroma different from previous IPA! Appearance: the wine is deep yellow, cloudy state, the foam is relatively rich and delicate, but the early dissipation is fast, the late mist pack remains in the wine surface, hanging a cup strong! Palate: light bodied, medium tasting, with numerous small bubbles in the mouth to stimulate the tip of the tongue. The mouth is slightly bitter, with a quick and clean finish, followed by an intense, creamy strawberry freshness and a long finish. There was no alcohol at all! The wine is light in body, but it is rich and thick. The alcohol level is as high as 8.4, but the pressure is not felt at all, even though the temperature is completely absent from the smell and taste of alcohol. One of the classic IPA aroma, more outstanding vanilla, cream, strawberry flavors, let people shine. Small fresh, low bitterness for all stages of the crowd! Monday, April 12, 2021

brokensail	3.1 Black Market Sour Cherry Can @ Home. Light reddish colored beer with a tall pink head. Smells more of raspberry than cherry, but there's a good bit of tart lemon juice, cherry juice box/popsicle, and some cherry candy. Tastes mostly like cherry 7-up. Has just a slight touch of butter to it on the very back end. Kind of a soda-like carbonation which really drives home that cherry 7-up thing. Not doing much for me. Monday, September 7, 2020

The aroma offers up a nice blend of tangelo, clementine and tangy tangerine flowing into orange and a bit of papaya. The taste delivers similar notes of juicy sweet and tangy tangelo, clementine and tangerine. To midway some sweeter ripe orange and honeydew and a bit of papaya bubble to the surface. Hazy reddish-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse film. Spotty lace. Tart citrus, wheat and malt in the nose. Idiosynkrasie	3.8 Black Market 7th Anniversary BA Blended Stout 650ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roasty, dark malty aroma with Bourbon BA addendum, hints of dark chocolate, a touch of liquorice, some oak and vanilla, dark caramel, a touch of toffee, butterscotch, some bitter hop; while warming up constantly more sweet-ish caramel malty than roasty dark malty, caramel and toffee flavours replace everything close to chocolately. Taste is sweet-ish caramel and dark malty, slightly dry woody, notes of caramel, dark caramel, toffee, Bourbon, some vanilla, butterscotch, bitter hoppy counterpart with a citrusy fruity touch of mandarine, some cherry as well. Relatively thin though not exactly watery texture, minimally pungent and minimally cloying palate, gentle carbonation. Maybe the most caramel malt dominated Impy Stout known to me. Quite sweet but still kinda balanced; well, not exactly balanced, but not completely one-sided either. Monday, March 2, 2020

Fluffy dark malts, nice dark chocolate malteasers vibe here. Nice background vanilla provides more layers of chocolate where it intersects with the dark malts. Soft but rich fruity bourbon.
