Poured from the tap. Clear pale blonde with minimal white head. Dry mild green apple, a bit light bodied and lacklustre.

Pale straw body with minimal foam and modest carbonation, soft chewy sweet apple on the nose, rather simple. Flavour is more chewy sweet apple, pie-like almost. Crisp carbonation. Clean and simple.

Found on tap in Steveston. Aroma is soft apples, has okay light yellow body and no foam. Flavour is okay cider notes, not complex and just acceptable. Mouthfeel is a bit soft, no crispness. This one's middle of the road but drinkable.

355 ml bottle. Pours a light clear straw color with no head and lots of big bubble carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples. Flavors are same though light - not too sweet and not too dry. Pretty simple.

Bottle. Clear tinted yellow. Aroma of crisp green apple, and softened/overripe apple skin. Taste is watered sweetness. Palate is crisp, clean, and a hint of tart bite right at the end.

On tap @ Tap & Barrel - Coal Harbour. Clear yellow pour with a few visible bubbles. Smells really heavy of fruit skins and maybe even wood. White pepper, apple and pear, and a bit of sugar. Slight tartness to the flavor. Drying pepper and fruit skins. Maybe some wood, lemon zest, and a bit of simple syrup. Eh.

Beautiful, champagne-like pour results in a clear, crisp, golden glass of fizzy cider. Martinelli’s nose. Soda-like sweetness and almost-artificial appleyness dabbles with notes of Jolly Rancher. A touch of dryness, most likely from the carbonation, saves the experience from being too pop-ish.. still, the simplicity and sugary profile does not make this something I would care to revisit. There are just too many good ciders available to me. I would rather have a can of Crispin.. Still, there’s nothing inherently off here. Tough one to criticize, just not what I want when I want cider.

Sampled on tap at the Alibi Room, pours a still clear green-tinted yellow. Aroma of mint-tinged apples, and some subtle white wine notes. The white wine is much more pronounced in the flavour, with white wine-soaked apples dominating. Very complex and deep. Great one.

Big 1L swingtop clear bottle I purchased somewhere in Kelowna this spring, and shared with a group of friends out at the lake. Very pale straw yellow, medium carbonation. Aroma is crisp apple with a mild sulphite sting early after the pour that thankfully fades to become non apparent. Juicy crisp apple favour, medium sweetness, not much in the way of compexity or character (no real spice, yeast etc). Nothing stands out to warrent the ridiculous price I paid for this.

Pale blond color. Semi-dry cider, with citrusy sourness, light apple juice flavor; all this is positive, but the aroma is quite cheap.
Unfortunately I just got many French ciders, and this one can’t be compared to those...

Pale yellow with a gentle effervescence. The aroma is fresh, but with heavy sulphur overtones, and subtle spices underneath. Tart front gives way to juicy apples and light spice. The finish gets tart again, but with some balancing sweetness and nuances of wood and sulphur. Not bad. It is certainly drinkable, but falls short of the transcendancy of some other BC cidermakers.

(500ml bottle) purchased at brewery creek for $14. Pours a thin, golden body. High carbonation. Overly sweet nose. Somewhat MacIntosch like. Like a one dimensional Temptation. Actually liking this more it warms and I sip it. Some good tart tannins comes across presenting very satisfying cider - yet not worth the high price. 6/2/7/3/13
