Leighton	3.4 Birrart Mos'ka Rossa Bottle at the hotel in Barcelona - picked up from SPAR in Cadaques. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with notes of lightly doughy pale biscuits, a little cereal, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more biscuity pale malts. Simple and drinkable. Sabor a harina o pan blanco, flores, uva blanca y levadura con notas a polvo, cereal blanco y poco tostado y hierba. Dulzor medio-ligero, alcohol y amargor medios con regusto medio. Textura semi-sedosa, cuerpo medio-ligero y carbonatación alta. Una Cream Ale sin gluten realmente lograda. corkyrory66	1.2 Birrart Mos'ka Barrika Sour wild de 6,5 % abv et 22 ebu, en bouteille de 37,5 cl. Au menu, flocons d'avoine et moût de Garnatxa des vignes des Aspres. Mon exemplaire était à 11 mois avant sa date. Couleur roux rosé foncé, avec un voile et opacité relative. Mousse beige foncé, très soyeuse, stable à 2 mm. Arômes de raisins au pressoir, lambic, pointe de rance ... 1ère bouche souple, nettement sur l'acidité du lambic. Arrière-bouche déséquilibrée sur le vinaigre. 2ème bouche un tant soit peu sur le bois mouillé rouillé .. Arrière-bouche toujours sur le vinaigre à ma tante. Longueur qui aggrave son cas, qui devient très grave ... Jambes à flocons moyens, courtes. Levure basique. Alcool sans intérêt dans ces circonstances dramatiques .. Finale … difficile à terminer (ma femme me dit : " ça pue ici .. " ) CONCLUSION : ma tante est contente .. (ça rime), elle va pouvoir récurer ses ustensiles de ménage, ses meubles et sa vieille barrika .. Je lui ai trouvé son nouveau produit !! (2/2/2/2/4) Sunday, June 21, 2020
corkyrory66	4 Birrart Mos'ka Torrada Brown ale de 6 % abv, avec des flocons d'avoine. Mon exemplaire était à 1 mois après sa date. Couleur roux bronze foncé, avec un voile conséquent. Bulles fines, en fontaine centrale, nombreuses et vives. Mousse brun clair, épaisse, à gros flocons, ferme en haut, stable à 5 mm. Arômes de malt grillé, fanes de pommes de terre, feuilles mortes. 1ère bouche souple, avec un beau malt grillé et une pincée d'épices. Arrière-bouche qui trouve un côté légèrement muscadé. 2ème bouche avec malt, épices et une sorte de gruut en arrière-fond. Arrière-bouche assez longue, sympathique. Longueur qui reste agréable et équilibrée. Jambes collantes sur la hauteur. Levure douce, précise, belle ligne. Alcool correct pour le style, il arrive à garder la ligne sur la longueur. Finale linéaire. CONCLUSION : une brown ale tout à fait honnête qui pourra figurer dans le moskato show … (8/4/8/4/16) Sunday, June 21, 2020
corkyrory66	2.1 Birrart Mos'ka Negra Stout de 4,6 % abv, avec des flocons d'avoine. Mon exemplaire était à 7 mois avant sa date. Couleur noir assez marqué, aux reflets marron sombre. Mousse beige, en nappage diaphane de surface. Arômes d'un café assez joli, noisettes grillées. 1ère bouche fine, avec un ensemble très correct sur le malt torréfié. Arrière-bouche avec beaucoup d'équilibre et une belle longueur. 2ème bouche moins prégnante, avec des fèves de cacao. Arrière-bouche où on est sur un moins bonne association. Longueur qui tombe comme une mouche .. si j'ose dire d'une moska .. Jambes courtes. Levure douce, basique. Alcool très faible, il ne peut rien pour la negra ... Finale qui touche la mouche … CONCLUSION : cette bière me fait penser à un alcool que l'on buvait en Italie en étant ado, un alcool blanc qui ne valait rien du tout, mais dans lequel on mettait des grains de café qui s'appelaient dès lors des mosca, des mouches .. Rhombic	3.4 Birrart Mos'ka Torrada Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber colour with an off white head. The toasty aromas are rather biscuity and bready, complexity arising more from the malty side of things. The flavour profile has a higher bitterness than I anticipated, more toasted bread and burnt sugar flavours than, say, woody. Oily, bitter finish, medium to full body. Nice one.
