2.4 Flösserbräu Original Bottled, thanks Bov! Muddy dark yellow, rich firm head. Minerally melon-ike nose. Dry, yet fruity with clean, sort of blown up mouthfeel, Yeasty and minerally, light to medium bodied. Plums and raisind in a finish with only slight bitterness. A rustic beer not without charm, but also with room for improvement. Tuesday, December 15, 2009

3.2 Flösserbräu Original Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a hazy golden beer with a very tall, nicely remaining white head. Beautiful lacework. The aroma is mainly of orange, cloves and banana. Yeasty and rather inviting. Sweet yeasty taste. Rather refreshing. Medium bodied. Strong carbonation. A lot of cloves showing up. Slightly astringent. Dry finish which is reminiscent of cloves and orange peel. Reminiscent of a belgian wit. I enjoyed this beer. Thanks a lot Bov! Monday, October 19, 2009

1.9 Flösserbräu Original bottled from Gasthaus Bären, Hottwil - cloudy bright orange colour under a solid creamy white foam; aroma of citrus and cream; overcarbonated and tart/acidic; moderate malt body, aggressive and astringent bitterness, quite dry, citrusy, flowery and fizzy short finish - deeply dubious; way to go, guys!
