ABV: 5.9%. Unclear matt medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, light acetone. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, sweet apples, yellow apples, aceton notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. DJMonarch	3.6 Eddisbury Medium Cider 1. Cask Stillage at the Marstons Arena, Wincham 20/06/2009 Fruity aroma. Silver coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Strong in alcohol and fruity with a little dryness in a tannin finish. 2. Polycask at GBBF 2012, Kensington Olympia 10/08/2012 Big fruit aroma. Silver coloured strong in alcohol and fruity.
