beastiefan2k	4.1 Takaisami Nakadare Junmai Ginjo Sake 720mL screw top in a box. Purchased in Tokyo and brought back to the states. Shared with friends. Like many junmai ginjos and diaginjos it’s so smooth and so light with beautiful petal flowers, faint flowery sweetness. A fresh feel to it. It invigorated the palate. Frankly, I can’t tell the difference from this ginjo and diagino but I really appreciate them all. Beautifully clear. Friday, March 31, 2023

BückDich	3 Takaisami Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Glass @ DonPapa, Tokyo: Pours a clear color with no discernible legs. Dusty light koji and moderate alcohol in the nose with some more dry tannic notes. Strong alcohol with some decent fruitiness in the flavor with more alcohol in the finish. Just ok. Monday, November 9, 2009
