one51	3.1 Kasen Josen Regular Sake Thanks to Sander! Served in a mini-cask format (glass with a woven grass? cover). Very pale straw color. Light rice sake aroma. Chewy flavor, almost caramelly compared to other sakes I've tried. Aftertaste is a bit flat, but overall it's a smooth and interesting blend of flavors. Tuesday, December 10, 2019

BückDich	3.6 Kasen Tamura Tokubetsu-Genteihin Junmai Ginjo Sake Glass @ Meishu Center, Tokyo:Pours clear, nice legs. Has an up front nose of strong alcohol, nice light fruit and tons of anise. Light rice and strong alcohol in the flavor with a medium dry impact and a nice balanced mouthfeel. Good and fruity in the tail. Quite nice! Saturday, November 14, 2009
