oh6gdx	3.7 De Heidebrouwerij Everzwijn Tripel Bottled (from De Biertonne). Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is toffee, some ripe fruits, alcohol and mild spices. Flavour is spices, some toffee, a bit burning alcohol, ripe fruits and nectar. Sweet and fruity quite long aftertaste. This one has quite much "old school" Tripel to it. Very nice! Aroma is tart wood, some slight spicy tones as well as mild sour berries. Flavour is sweet honey, but also very sour/tart tones to it. Not sure this is tasting as it was intended... Not very strong aroma of burnt malts, caramel, bit dark fruits. Taste is more clear and alike: at least medium sweet, followed by a light dark-bitter finish, brown sugar and caramel, dried fruits, bit spices. Full body, smooth feel. Taste same; moderate sweet but no senses as citrus or orange. Remarkable that (just as their weizen) the intended citric element is not very clear. Regular blond, without very much characteristics. DijkBier	3 De Heidebrouwerij Wolf Weizen Bit hazy light-golden pour with white head; decent retention. Aroma is sweetish malts, spicy yeast; wouldn't recognise any pine or citrus. Taste accordingly; moderate sweet, still not citric, maybe faint piney. Smooth carbonation. Most wheat beers are either citric or banana-sweet; this seizoen is neither. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy, moderately yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, clove and citrus, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry, moderately yeasty-spicy finish.
