Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma non molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. The contrast of weather was really great comimg from a weather of autumn, arriving at the Ticino with a hot and wet weather. The body is gold, clear, carbonated, white foam. This pils was for me rather good, brewed on the German way, smooth, malty, touch of dryness, a bit sweet, floral and aromatic hop, fairly bitterness, aromatic, so refreshing. Sunday, August 6, 2023
