TorbenJensen	3.7 HokNberg Isblomst ** It’s a hazy (unfiltered) light amber beer with renewable and almost creamy foam. Delicate hoppy aroma from the glass increases and produces a fruity aroma. The taste is very composed of fruit and have clear citrus notes released in peach / orange to then leave a sour feeling soft fruit in hops bitterness in the final. The hops are limited to a bitterness that can maintain the fruit impression. Now I’m not hop expert, but British hops with distinct floral notes appear to be used. Completely in the final phase enters the alcohol easily on the field with its 8.7% and gives a little warming and tingling sensation in the mouth. Wednesday, September 2, 2015

It decreases with time to a moderate but sustained volume and releases the delightful aromas of hard roasted malt and caramel. The taste is rich in caramel, roasted notes, anise and dark bitter chocolate. Its hoppy bitterness is retracted and maintains most of the roasted notes with anise in a long time. Its carbonation dots on the tongue right at the beginning, and just its relatively high content of carbon dioxide is what distinguishes it most from the many other similar porters. PapaVillum	3.5 Hokkenfeller Cappuccino 40 cl på fad, 7,6 % ABV, nydt på TAP10 på Østerbro, 16. juni 2015. Brunlig ufiltreret og rolig Porter (?!) med mindre moccafarvet skumtop på 1/2 cm's penge, som svinder til et par mm. Aroma af kold espresso, mørk chokolade og ristet malt. Smagen er præget af sødme med lidt mindre bitterhed som tro følgesvend. Ganske fin balance i katagorien Coffee Stout. Hvor jeg iøvrigt finder, at øllet katagorimæssigt hører hjemme og ikke i Porter-genren. Middel sødme, let til middel bitterhed, en anelse syrlighed. Lidt for overkarboneret til min smag, hvorfor lidt hviletid og en mild "ryste-rundtur" i glasset kan anbefales. Kroppen er mellem fyldig og konsistensen let cremet. I eftersmagen kommer bitterheden lidt bedre til udtryk og afslutningen er middellang. Ganske velsmagende og klart anbefalelsesværdig til kaffe- og ølelskere. Tuesday, June 16, 2015
