Goldbarren	3 U krále Ječmínka Ječmenný Ležák 12° getrunken im Gastgarten im Herbst 2016 Bei den meisten tschechischen Gasthausbrauereien ist das 11-grädige Bier das süffige Standardbier. Hier nicht. Neben dem 10-grädigen gibt es hier gleich das 12°-Bier. Dieses kommt bernsteinfarben im Glas und vollmundig süffig im Abgang. Smoky burnt aroma, some meaty notes, really heavy on the roasted almost smokey grain, closer to a porter maybe than the other Tmaves I’ve had. Lots of hay in the aroma, really grassy hop forward, nice crisp malts, honey-grainy notes - a tamer, cleaner version of the 12. Further Personal Perceptions: -A healthy head of foam produces lots of lacing atop the clear dark brown. -A mineral touch is also found in the finish. -The mouthfeel is slender, and drinkability high. -The flavor profile lacks refinement ; the roastiness takes too much room and doesn’t necessarily gel with the fruity edges.
