Spall Kellerpils
- Vielen Dank! Clear, amber-brown colour, large and creamy head. Full-bodied with a delicious and chewy malt character. Hints of caramel, cocoa, raisins and nuts. Well-blanaced, lingering finish. A pleasure - thanks a lot for the sample!

Fresh from the 5 litre can: Almost clear, chestnut-amber coloured, big creamy off-white head; clean nutty-malty nose with a light herbal background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and soft; slightly lingering fruity-hoppy and also moderately hoppy finish. Delicious, easy drinking, moreish Doppelbock......

Spall Spallator
(draught from the 5-Liter can, purchased at the brewery in Ballenberg) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet toast-malty and distinctively nutty aroma with notes of caramel and lighter hints of cacao. Sweet and toasty bitter flavour, full bodied with a smooth and pleasant carbonation. Rich toasty and nutty taste with notes of caramel and subtle dried fruity and vinous elements; lasting malt-accented finish, again with nutty accents and shades of herbal hops. Excellent and well-rounded Doppelbock. 12.V.10

Spall Kellerpils
(draught at the brewery tap “Zum Ochsen”, next to the brewery in Ballenberg) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Soft malty and slightly yeasty aroma with herbal and slightly grassy hops, accompanied by a touch of barnyard. Bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, fresh and crispy mouthfeel. Dry mildly malty base with a good herbal hoppy bite and notes of barnyard; dry and pretty hop bitter finish. Quaffable rural Landbier-Pils. 05.V.10
