Cloudy dark amber color; small head. Light caramel aroma, with a trace of yeast. Ordinary body strength; caramel flavor, dry in the front and sweeter later, with a hint of darker malts, very light fruit touch and traces of hazelnuts. Quite strong bitterness. The final shows a pleasant sweet caramel.
Overall, correctly brewed and balanced, without excitement.

This is the last beer of the trio from this brewery; they are all correctly brewed. We expect now something more than the ubiquitous triad Blanche-Blonde-Ambrée

Cloudy deep blond color; highly carbonated; generous head, but not very persistent. The aroma is lightly spicy, with very light caramel and wheat. The body is strong enough, the flavor is quite sweet, with light wheat flavor, but with a very good balance between spice and fruit. The final is correctly bitter and correctly long. Balanced, structured and pleasant.

Half beer and half homebrew.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a deep golden beer with a nice head. The slight acidity really adds to my appreciation of this beer. Spicy, fruity, balanced and delicious. The carbonation is just right. Long finish. A great interpretation of the style. Thanks a lot Bov!
